Angel of the North Fishing Lakes

Saturday 9th December 2006 open match results

Clear Sunny,  Ambient temperatures 6 deg (feels like 2deg) wind calm to W 13 mph max,

Barometer 1009.1 mb, moon waning Gibbous, water temp 6.4 to 5.5 deg,  PH 7.55,  DO 7.3

Heavy frost overnight and Wednesdays & Thursdays rains has not helped fishing. Interestingly as a mater of environmental interest  the quantity and quality of rain knocked DO and Water quality test readings, which says Acid Rain and poor quality of rain came down,  again not helping the fish or fishing or aquaculture.
