Advice required- Pole repair

I need some help.When taking my pole out of the bag the end cap fell off and all the sections sliped out onto concreat floor.their is now a flat spot on all my sections and fraid bits of carbon.Whats the best way to rub them down.
Also when shipping back i hit the 14.5 section against a post.Their is now a 20 mm crack in the end.Can i just cut this off.
