TF_PikeyFollowing last weeks result I was quite looking forward to this weeks 28 peg match on Johns Lake at Willinghurst.
However, having drawn a decent peg they then decided to have a redraw and I then drew a crap one !
Five and a half hours later I finished the match fishless having been battered either side by Delbert (1 roach) and Haisman (1 smaller roach)Result
Steve Gardener 46-8-0
Brian Wharton 12-0-0
Rob Harvey 8-0-0
Jason Morgan 7-8-0
Plummers 7-7-0 -

TF_MICK THE BOOKIERedraws…….What a load of bollox that was.I drew peg 47 first time, and my old mate Tony Kent drew it second time round. He had 12 little Roach from it…..What would an angler of my calibre had from it?.I drew peg 41 on the redraw and emptied it with a 1oz Roach and a flukey 2lb Carp on the deadly pop-up.
The winner,a chap by the name of Steve Gardner(something like that),seemed to know what he was doing,as he caught one a bung on the tip.I think the matches on Johns Lake should be Pole only to stop strangers winning….Massive lol.
Well done to Steve…And tough titty Dave. ~clap ~clap ~clap ~clap ~shh ~shh ~shh ~shh -
