Does anyone has any idea of how to contact this man? I paid £80 for a section and he has failed to deliver….Although he has managed to cash the cheque on the 20th of FEB…..He has failed to answer my recent PM’s and calls to his mobile??? I am looking for answers, if anyone has them or advice, of what to do next!!!! Cheers Andy

Sorry to hear that Saint-these ‘for sale’ forums rely heavily on trust and honesty. I have bought and sold many things on here without problems. Unfortunately trust and honesty don’t mean alot to some people. Hope everything works out for you mate

having not been on this site for too long now im begining to see what people mean. A lot of people say they have sent po’s and cheques to you but nothing turns up! when they start asking “wheres my gear?” ask them to prove they sent it and all goes very quiet!!! mmmmmmmm very strange!! the none payers and scam sellers should be shot! at least it would give us honest few a fighting chance!

i have sold rods/reels/and poles on here and sent them all befour even getting the money first i tend to trust everone
but with lots off scams going on and if you or any one els
on this site does not no the person then do not buy.

complete f##king arsehole!! i got them topkits off him and they were shit!! he said he would refund my money plus postage!! i just got the refund, no postage, when i asked him he said he had refunded me and that was good enough!!

so he owes me a f##king £10!!!!

Maybe the mods can do something, ie when you join you pay a penny from a debit/credit card so your address is registered should stuff like this happen, i have bought and sold a lot in the past off here, even paying money into peoples account so they had cleared funds, unfortunatley there are only a few which i would trust now- mostly the ones i have had a cup of tea with or fished against, as a rule of thumb for me, i look at how long they have been a member and how much they contribute as there are some which seem to come and go.

I have to say my other pet hate is saying your interested in something not to get a reply.

Most of the problems seem to be related to people who only come on here to sell stuff.

if you have nothing to hide then there should be no problems. i would be all for registering your address with a mod so long as it were not published. its a minority thing again that f##ks it up for the rest.
