Bolt on accessories for chairs

I need some universal clamps to allow for my pole cups to fit so I can use my pole in comfort.
Now some info so you can suggest an adaptation my chair is a four legged directors .which is fine on even ground but on canal banks etc unless well fixed it has to be a level footings..
I have attached a pic so you can see what use at present.
I need something that will allow me to clamp it around the legs and remove for transport.
