          yes,different eyes(non tangle),no cork butt,different colour,fast taper blank,go on their website and compare,i have had the 10/11 and 12/13 for a couple of months now and they’re good,before these i had the TP’s

            Used my 10/11 Ft Airity today , 72 LB of carp on the bread and one fish of 12Lb .

            50 yard chuck with a 1OZ bomb 6LB Drag Line 0.17 bottom and it handled everything . The non tangle eyes are not gimmick , not one line wrap around at all today.

            I am sure the T/P is just as good but probably Diawa just tryimg to modernise things with the Airity range .

                Not yesterday Nathan , but then it was 11C and the first time I have used it.

                I defiantaley had more of a feel as to how big the fish was compared to a cork handle , but then again it may have been the quality of the rod coming through as the only thing I have to compare is my old 11ft Team No1 Normark wich is probably older than you.

                I know you have a few of the T/P’s , would be interesting to know your opinions in the differences .

                  You’ll have to lend me the Airity to try then! I want to try 1, been after anothe 10ft Tournament. I love them at 10ft by the way but think they are crap at 11!

                        As a update on this i checked them out yesterday and it was a disapointment. Reel seat and butt felt cheap. Tip end same as TP 10-11.
                        Is this just a cosmetic change from Daiwa on NEW products as i looked at the Airity X, Airity and TPX yesterday and the end droop on all these were the same! The G20 fell away a good few inches compared to the others but you feel TP to Airity is not what it shoud be?

                          I love Daiwa stuff but Shimano 2 years ago brought out a Speedmaster that looked very similar. Hated the handle, agree with trolley cosmetic change that tarts will love and rave about. Me I’ll keep my money thanks.

                            I think the UK market is getting influenced by the Daiwa Italy market. We don’t even get cork now but the prices go up. Anglers getting less for more £££ LOL~think
