Fish continue to be caught from all around the lake
Best Patterns
black or olive buzzers, small damsel, red cruncher/diawl, candy or sunburst blob, black hopper, black midas, white/green lure.
Elinor is in good form apart from on the very windy days. Good numbers of fish on the surface taking hatching buzzers and hawthorn as well as fish feeding on buzzer pupae 2 to 5 foot down.
Water temperature is a cooler than average 13.5C so the fish are in sparkling condition and fighting hard.
Next Stocking
May 14th.
No need to book for bank fishing. It is advisable to book for boat fishing.
Half day tickets are now available 7am until 2pm or 2pm until dark.
