not good at all really, save ur money an buy 10 decent ones off a proper floatmaker like malhamfloats.

Agree with Andy, the quality of the floats is so much better from the popular floatmakers such as Malman, Nick Gilbert, Hillbilly and Mick Wilkinson. Check them out, brilliant floats and brilliant service.

Some of their floats are very good ie. the carbon stemmed in-line pencil type floats and also a metallic green tear drop with a wire stem and hollow bristle. A lot of oddities in the range which we’d never use in this country. Hand made floats are not the be all and end all unless all you do is fish for pigs. These are good silvers floats if you can get past the hand-made snobbery barrier. Saying that some NG wire deckers will be on my new years honours list!

Handmade floats aint just for fishing for pigs rattler, they are just made to last coz of the attention that goes into them thats all. No one said there the be all an end all there just what i prefer an most others. Also certain float makers make brilliant silver fish floats to be fair.

try btg floats, have a lovely range and cheap but from pellet to bloodworm fishing they have a range to suit i personaly use them and i dont use shit floats. just type in on google bgt floats

try them. 🙂
