first of all any feedback on these new 25mm legged boxes thinking of selling my rive and getting a fox
are there any mail order shops that stock the spare winder trays etc

also can anyone tell me on the new fox msb box with 25mm round legs does the old folding footplate off the square legged box fit thanks.

I’ve had my MSB Euro for a few months now and am very happy with it. It is totally adaptable to how you want it, I have from the seat down :- Shallow tackle drawers, 3 x winder drawers, deep tackle drawer, main frame then a 60mm tray below the frame. All the drawers/trays can be fit above or below the frame which is good.
I got my extra drawers and tray from http://www.matchmansupplies.co.uk
I don’t know if the folding footplate fits but it may take some adapting to change the square leg fitting to accept round legs.
I have to say I have had 2x Rives, 2x Milo’s, 2x Matchbox’s, Brilo’s, Preston and others over the years and the Fox is by far the best I’ve had.

I’ll go along with Craigm & say it’s probably the best box i’ve owned.Much happier with it so far than my Rive.So far I’ve found spares no problem & been able to purchase drawers & trays off the shelf.Had to order the large side tray though as it is slightly different to the universal one,but i had it it within the week.
Kept all my D25 fittings they fit perfectly.Use Rive winders in the trays, just line one side with 10mm foam.Comfortable, stable & easier to get in & out of the car/door.Cant help with the footplate issue though. The footplate on the Euro is excellent & appears well made & strong enough so far.

I’ve got a euro 1 and it’s just an awesome bit of kit and wouldn’t swap it for anything. The only thing that lets it down for me is that it doesn’t have handles which although is a small thing makes a big difference imo.

Also i’m pretty sure the msb footplate won’t fit on the euro. You’re best off emailing Fox though, only take a day to reply usually, great service.
