I know how most people will put a post up when they receive poor service from a company so i thought I’d put one up about some fantastic service I had.
Back in November I bought a Mosella EVA net bag from Dave Taylor at http://www.mosellashop.co.uk
Last week I noticed the floor around my netbag was soaking,and soon found a 3 inch split in the seam of the bag that had let all the water out.
I sent an email to Dave informing him of the problem and not expecting much else. Soon after he called me and told me that he had posted a new one out. Sure enough,the next day it arrived. I was very surprised as there’s not many places where you can expect such good service. I think several companies should take note of the way Dave handles his customers.
