groundbait mixes

What kind of groundbait mixes does everyone use, mainly for silvers?

I tend to use 50/50 vde super roach, super black & secret or 50/50 secret and special. Had good catches with both but always open to ideas.

On commercials I tend to stock to single mixes, sonu f1 being a firm favourite

VDE supermatch on its own for roach,and superlake/supermatch 50/50 mix if theres a chance of skimmers

VDE super match , supercup, and brown crumb mixed in equal parts, with sensas aromix brasem in the water!!
smells so good i could eat it myself!!!!
