~sick ~sick ~sick You can imagine the pain and total anger i felt yesterday after Arsenal totaly lost the plot and squandered a 4-0 lead to Newcastle.To say i was grumpy is an understatement,and to answer phone calls and messages from pals was an absolute nightmare.However what goes around comes around.and after Man U.lost to Wolves i started to feel alot brighter in the evening,and even managed to have a little game(little being the operative word)with my lovely lady under the duvet with a chilled bottle of Chablis on the bedside locker.
I awoke at 5.30 and after making sure my beloved was happy,i bounced out of the bed and quickly got ready for the match at Willy where 20 of us were booked in to fish Johns Lake.On arriving at the Bridge cafe,the jibes started to fly across the tables about my beloved Arsenal copitulation the previous afternoon,and once again i had to withstand a barrage of abuse from so called pals about the chance of the Gunners winning anything this season.I took this on the chin as best i could,but made it known to the buggers that “he who laughs last laughs loudest”,and they would get theirs soon enough.
On arriving at the Lakes the first person i bumped into was that pesky angler(hes quite good at it actually)World Champion and devout Chelsea supporter…Steve Gardner,who rubbed me down with sandpaper about the joy he had felt when my babies surrended their 4-0 lead.He was joined by all the other “Blue is the colour parade” in making my day totaly unbearable,as i had to suffer the banter all day on the bank.
Well blow me down with a feather,and tar me in Honey,by the time we got to the boozer Fernando was subbed the “Pool” were 1-0 up,and Kenny had banked £50 million in the old banky wanky.Lads….you should have seen their faces!!!!!!.Talk about watered down beer…..I could have farted Red and White ballons.
