when im breaking down my pole to land a fish the joints on my fourth and fifth sections are sticking like mad.what is the best thing to apply to them?

I use ptfe spray on my joints, stops them sticking and also working loose.
The sensas one is about the best value

candle wax. No creaking joints, no carbon wearing on carbon, no water in joints and therefore no sticking. cheaper and more readily available than sprays, too.
