TF_wildingukI seem to remember him having a website a few years back, but can’t for the life of me find it. As ferry meadows is starting to fish well again, and is on my doorstep, is time I invested in some decent feeders so where can I get the Leach feeders from?
Cheers

TF_wildingukcheers steve and jono, is there any other way of contacting him to buy some feeders off him?
also steve, what braid do you use for bream fishing, the whiplash I use sea fishing floats so is far from ideal, thanks in advance

TF_carpmagicParticipantBest bet is to see him on the bank i would say.
Braid wise i use some Shimano Antares stuff that i have had for ages. Not the finest but sinks okay.

TF_allyParticipantIf as it seems that Kev Leachs feeders are probably not readily availiable are there similar alternatives. Any dutch ones for example as they seem to be setting the standards.

TF_thedogcheck out the garbolino distance feeders they are based on the dutch ones but plastic. i used them in ireland this year and easily cast over 70yds.

TF_hjartati have used the Garbo feeders all summer for the first time, i find them much heavier to reel in then other feeder´s, somehow they seem to give more recistance in the water. but they fly in the air very well, i use them when i am fishing 60m + .

TF_allyParticipantThanks , I will try to get some of the Garbo feeders. Are you finding them best with the holes punched out or just left as they come?

TF_redarmythat would depend on the depth your fishing into, deep water leave inplace shallow swims with holes for quick release

TF_SelfeyKev has been on the Gowna he came back Sat so should be home now. I took the garbo ones over they do fly can reach 100 turns on a baitrunner. You need a feeder with the load around the bottom.
As for braid the best stuff is the JVS blue/grey stuff you have to get it on the German e bay site there is a shop that sells it..Hope this helps
