margin poles

Yes if you fish for big fish by snags ! why risk smashing sections in an expensive pole when you can pick up a margin pole for £150 ? I use a Yank an Bank with about 2 foot of red hydro in it works wonders on big doubles by snags

Probably answered your own question, if your unsure then dont get one and save some money. Most poles with care will handle carp to double figures in open water but if there are snags then the price of a margin pole is probably not much more than the price of a top 3 on a flagship pole so why take the risk?

i use a 6m colmic priam with red hydro for margin bagging and wouldnt be without it, as prev stated why risk expensive sections
