I find this is generally caused by the feeder sliding up and down the line and when it hits the quick stop causes the hooklegth to go slack for a split second and a hook pull results. This is exaggerated by a stiffer action rod for obvious reasons. Also the right hook plays a part QM1’s are about the best for method feeder fishing. It not a problem always unique to inline though, F1 carp are notoriously difficult to land, longer the rod the worse they are, so a longer net handle say 3m is needed when used used in conjunction with say a 13 ft rod.
So as suggested keep the rod at a vertical angle right until the last minute before netting to minimise the bounce of the feeder, longer landing net handle, the shortest rod, softest rod you can get away with, try QM1 hooks and lift and net asap, under the water if possible. 🙂
