  Any body know if they still run saturday opens ?
  if so what tatics and baits are needed
  up there that neck of the woods come Thursday and looking for open matches

  busy schedule coming up at the mill, east mids final and roy harvey memorial soon. best thing to do is to ring up and find out how many and book on if u fancy it. you got the number?

  have you fished there before ? any ideas how to fish the place

  yeah fished it loads , massive head of skimmers on the pole line and pellet, tight over to island works also , on some pegs especially around the back of the lake you can reach with the pole. otherwise bomb and pellet tight over is a banker or a little method with micros. the winning peg can actually come from anywhere on this lake but peg 6 looks tidy. do you want me to pm you the number mate?

  my brother used to fish it a few years ago before he gave up fishing
  what sort of weights are framing ?

  the weights vary to be honest. 50lb on peg 6 won last tuesday however it was colder than it has been for a while , week before that 98lb won on peg 38 fishing meat down the side and 88lb pound second on peg 6 fishing bomb and pellet. will do and good luck.
