MOLANDS The colour dropped out of Molands during the week which meant the pole became more difficult to catch fish but method feeder, pellet waggler and bomb and pellet all came into their own. Carp to 15lb, F1s to 7lb and tench to 5lb all featured in catches to over 100lb. Best pegs have been 2 – 8, 15, 21 – 25, 29 – 33, 37, 43 – 48 and 52 – 60.

PACKINGTON SOMERS FISHERYGEARYS A lot more consistent this week with nets to over 100lb coming from quite a few pegs. In the matches, bomb and pellet or method feeder has been the best approach. Pleasure anglers have had some great catches fishing a candle or on the top with dog biscuit. The hot area has been pegs 18 – 23 but decent catches are being caught from all areas.
LITTLE GEARYS Still fishing very well with lots of 100lb+ catches caught this week. F1s providing the main action but carp to double figures and plenty of skimmers are being caught too. Top tactics have been caster or pellet shallow at 10 – 13 metres but paste down the edge, small method feeder to the island and pellet waggler are all producing good sport.
GRATUITIES Pellet waggler fished to the island is catching plenty of carp from 3 – 8lb. Nice silver fish bags are coming to long pole with caster/soft pellet such as quality roach to over 1lb, skimmers to 2lb, tench to 3lb and plenty of crucians.
WILLOW Lots of carp are being caught off the top on shallow tactics. The F1s are being caught on pole and pellet/caster fished shallow and there were catches to 100lb caught on Willow last week.
SIBLINGS A Paste fished close into the reeds has been the top tactic on Siblings A catching carp, F1s and skimmers. Pellet or maggot shallow is also working catching plenty of F1s and ide.
SIBLINGS B Shallow pole with pellet or paste is working really well on Siblings B with lots of F1s coming to this along with the odd carp and bigger skimmers. Very consistent action on the pool with nets to nearly 100lb caught this week.
