TF_dirkdigglerthey’re all rubbish.
get used to doing it with your fingers.
you never forget them,
they don’t fall in the margins,
last a lifetime and very rarely break ~clap -

TF_proper tidal boyspot on pellet head dirkdigger , there is a cheap alternative shep buy a drennan pull bung remover grey in colour cut 4inches from the oval shaped end then cut the oval shape in halfish and then cut a piece out of the middle leaving two prongs on the outside long enough to hold a 8mm in the jaws of the prongs thread your 3.2 pellet bands by gardener onto the 4 inches of round stem and roll a band down to near the prongs sit you pellet in between the prongs then feed the band over the band then pull pellet out by holding the band as well

TF_swingtipbrytry the stretch bands in the yellow packets used them for years there also nice and thin for better presentation
do them by hand but look for the piont of the pellet to start the banding take your time to pick out an easy pellet to hook -

TF_Smedi dont use bands!
i lasso and use a silicone nozzle to open up the lasso when my pellet comes out (which to be honest is very rare!)
also i use a silicone nozzle to make the lassos the same size for certain pellets, just mark for 8mm and 6mm
then if you want u can use a 8mm lasso with a 6mm pellet if you want a longer hair?
hope this makes sence ive had a few sherbets lol! -

whittyI’ve had the mosella one since they came out, I have had to change the band that makes the spikes retract a few times, but apart from that I’ve never had a problem with it.

TF_CockneyKev34 has got it spot on. I use a small pair of forceps – i think the Pellet banders at £5 a go are too exspensive…even the new pro version!
