I presume you mean the reel? I have 3 procasters two 3000 which I use for pellet wag fishing and a 4000 which I use for feeder fishing when I need a longer chuck, now these reels ain’t as refined as a top of the range Daiwa reel or the TDR however despite that they perform exceptionally well In fact with a hollow bail,Twistbuster, digigear, ten ball bearings there brilliently smooth although the machining of the clutch is indeed inferior to the TDR,(if I was sport fishing in barbados it may make a differrence but for UK carp no problem) can i tell this in use the answer is no, when I purchased my first procaster it was £30 as it was made as a spinning reel, hence no shallow spool not that you need one the line lay is superb, however once anglers cottoned onto the fact that these made a great match reel for a lot less wonga prices started to rise, cheapest now is on ebay at £45, I have a pair of shimano stradics laying redundent as I prefer the daiwa procasters. I also use the spro red arc which is a good reel and daiwa tierra 3000’s (american version similar to a TDR but resistant to salt water and a sealed drag) the procasters are always on my made up rods the handles fold away brilliently, a hell of a lot of my team mates also use these reels only the other day Dennis was trying to sort out the best price for another 4000 which he has now purchased. Best reel for the money imo
