Celebrity Chef, Jack Stein, along with his colleague Joe Baker will be giving a live cooking demo at 12.30pm of both a fish and shellfish bouillabaisse to sea anglers in the dedicated Q&A tent at Southsea Marina Fishing Show on 30th April. With free admission and open from 10-4, I’ve set out the Q&A schedule below.

12.30 – 13.15 – Rick Stein cooking demo 45 minutes, by Joe Baker HO Chef at Winchester restaurant & Rick Stein’s son, Jack Stein. Cooking fish and shellfish bouillabaisse.
