Very bleeding funny…..You might laugh you lot,but after having some success with my innovative “pop-up” rig in the last couple of months i have noticed that there has been some feed back from other “great anglers”.
Even our very own Steve Ringer has written on “Boilie Butties” in his last article in this weeks Angling Times.There has also been much talk recently on Giles article in the press concerning the use of the catty in the Winter months,which in itself aims at getting the fish feeding up in the water.All the great anglers understand whats going on under the water at any given time,and thats what separates them from the average angler on the bank.
I have had the priveledge to sit behind some of the best,Will Raison,Steve Gardner,Steve Ringer,Herbie,to name just a few,and have seen things that have amazed me.They and their like are innovaters of the sport we all cherish.
