We had a good turnout today of 23 anglers as Tendering Tanglers joined in with the Open – They had 1st and 3rd as well! The match was always going to be hard and it was!
1st Barry Hickford, Tendering Tanglers on peg 36 had a carp of 6lb 2oz and some skimmers on the pole for a runaway win of 14lb 4oz
2nd Chris Annnett, on peg 29 had a carp of 4lb 10oz and mostly perch with a few skimmers for a total of 9lb 13oz
3rd Peter Banks, Tendering Tanglers on peg 7 with a carp and some big skimmers for 7lb 10oz
4th Richard Watson, Nisa Waveney, on peg 3 with one large perch for maybe 1lb 8oz and the rest roach for 7lb 2oz
5th Lol Higgins, Suffolk County, on peg 2 with 2 large perch and roach for 7lb 0oz
6th Richard Bond, peg 5 a carp on the tip and some skimmers on the pole for 6lb 15oz
7th Nick Larkin, Nisa Feeders peg 28 skimmers on the tip for 6lb 4oz
8th Garvin Hazell, Tendering Tanglers, with a carp and a big skimmer for 5lb 13oz
