Tips on PK?

  I was going to go to Whitney tomorrow with my 7 yo son, but decided to head to PK instead due to questionable weather. I have only been once and it was 20 years ago and all i did was drive a friend and some buddies around in a pontoon so they could drink. So where is a good place to put in, safe to leave your truck, ect. We will be looking for some black bass and maybe some sand bass, but really i’m curious to get out there and look around..
