          Hi Anthony,

You may already know of the following…..

But Stewart Lister writes a very informative weekly blog, covering all the venues in question – depths, rigs, baits & target species are all covered.

The blog goes back around 3 years as well so you can get a good idea of trends.

          Hope it helps

Mainly a pound or less in the bottom lake, bigger in the top but I’ve never drawn it! Best method is normally the method! 16M pole up in the water worked for me last year aswell and waggler can be worth a chuck. Pretty much all pellet now, maybe a bit of meat and corn for if you draw and end/corner peg in the margin.

All pellet, think not Nathan. Mr Scotthorne seems to win section every time on maggot and caster……personally I would try pellet close with method or waggler across. Long pole with worm and caster if these lines not working with a last hour in the near margin, corn or maggot.

There are a lot more carp in there now. They were stocked last year, I would expect them to show this spring.
