        i have never used any of the preston elastics and i want to know if the 13h is as soft as white hyrdro or is it stronger?? thanks in advance.

          The 13h is slightly heavier to me ,stick with the white hydro it will land anything at this time of year

            Nearest to White Hydro is 11h which is red in colour, 9h is light blue and is comparable to blue Hydro.I use this elastic for winter F1’s.
