The colder conditions and the easterly wind put paid to the massive weights from the previous weeks, Inform Jason made it back to back wins, drawn 2 away from were he won from on Wednesday, fishing pole at 13m and corn and pellet on the hook he had 10 carp in the first hour then had to wait till the last 90 minutes before the fish moved back, ending with 21 carp ranging from 8oz – 10lb. In 2^nd place John Darby had 15 carp – 9lb on pole and corn fished at 11m he had fish all match till the last hour when he lost a big fish when his line parted and the next put out he hooked another that broke his pole.

The lake fished reasonably well despite the strong easterly wind. Shaune fished pole down the margin with maggot and corn he had roach and skimmers but 2 late 8lb carp on corn secured him the top spot. 2^nd place Mick said that carp shouldn’t be allowed to be weighed in, he had a nice net of skimmers and roach – 12oz all took on the pole and caster.

Weight were good again on this inform lake, but it didn’t look good in the first half of the match most anglers only had 1 or 2 fish due to the mega white over frost, Jason drew peg 26 fishing long pole at 13m and meat over pellets he had over 30 carp with the biggest being 8lb, once the carp turned on it was a fish every put in. In 2^nd Trentman star Steve was fishless till the last 2 hours, his first fish was an 11lb mirror carp taken on a ground bait feeder and meat cast tight to the island, then it was no looking back having a further 15 carp alternating between the feeder and pole with corn and meat on the hook. Third place Went to Carl Brown fishing pole out and down the margin on corn he had 10 carp – 8lb
