Some anglers who chose their pegs by watercraft caught some large cracking individual fish , best bream was 12lb 4oz peg 2 Bowes , mussel and prawn also chopped worm, maggot and caster excelled this week and pellet and paste try at dusk or dawn , cubes of luncheon meat on the hook over groundbait and maggot also had good catches .
Some very heavy rain this week which has brought the water temp down and made anglers very chilled so look to fishing winter tactics and smaller hooks to catch well.
