MOLANDS . Match Weights to 77lb with carp to 15lb and f1s to 7lb are coming to bomb/waggler and pellet fished up to the island and down the margins on the pegs where there is cover maggots over groundbait. The carp anglers fishing through the night have had fish to 25lb along with plenty of double figure fish with single wafter or fishing it over a bag working best. Silver fish matches are providing nets to over 15lb with roach ,perch and a few quality bream being caught on maggots fished short on the pole.

GEARYS . The flat calm conditions and high pressure made the fishing much more difficult especially towards the weekend . The bomb or pole with pellet as accounted for the better catches in the open matches. Still some cracking silver fish catches as well with nets of mainly skimmers to over 25lb on pole fished caster or maggot. Carp anglers have been catching on boilies fished over a bag or spodded particles fished out to the middle stumps with pegs 9-13 and 31-36 producing fish to over 20lbs.

LITTLE GEARYS Match nets to around 70lb caught this week with the transition into the autumn slowing the catches down but carp to nearly 20lb and f1s to 7lb were still featuring in catches. Short pole with maggot or 4mm pellet or down the margin with dead or live maggot over ground bait has been the top tactics but waggler/bomb with pellet and method feeder have also caught a few as well . Best pegs have been 7- 13 and 21-29 .

SIBLINGS A . Match weights to over 50lb featuring a lot of the new stockie carp and f1s the top tactic has been throwing maggot or pellet short at around 6 metres for the new fish but corn over micros or dobbing bread is still best for the older resident fish. Pegs 2,5,and 17-21 are the most consistent this week.

SIBLINGS B Another pool that has improved after a restocking of carp and f1s t. Top catches this week have been up to 40lb made up with mainly f1s from 2-3lb and the new stockies. Dobbing bread or pole with 4mm pellet has been best but worm or corn down the edges can give some decent later in the day action.

ANNIES Nets to around 50lb have been best this week consisting of carp to double figures and f1s to 5lb .Corn or worm fished over micro pellet tight up to the island was the best approach but short pole with meat or pellet and bomb/waggler with 6mm pellet was also worth a go. The best pegs have been 2,6,10 17 and 21.

WILLOW Some nice nets of carp and f1s in the 2-4lb bracket have been coming out with nets to around the 50lb mark this week. Pegs 3-8 have still been the in form pegs and method feeder or bomb with pellet fished tight up to the island and long pole with pellet have been the top tactics.

GRATUITIES Plenty of carp in the 2-4lb range and the odd lump into double figures being caught on the pole or waggler fished down the middle of the pool with corn, banded pellet or expander on the hook, a small method feeder to the island with pellet or wafter has also been working well. Fish maggot or caster for some nice silver catches including quality roach, chub and skimmers.
