Daiwa Hallcroft Teams of 4 Silverfish Series Round 4 (Sunday)
Moat/Bridge (40 pegs)
1 R Wilson, Maver Select, 9-10-0; peg M island 46
A heavy frost meant the aerators had to be used to reduce the amount of ice on the lakes. Fishing is always harder following these conditions and bites today were at a premium especially as the roach didn’t want to show. Richard Wilson sat it out on the tip to catch all skimmers for his winning weight of 9-10-0 from Moat island peg 46
2 G Greenside, Little John Bandits, 7-6-0; peg B outer 19
Second spot fell to Chris Greenside who also caught skimmers on the tip and a couple on the pole
3 A Renton, Six Am, 6-15-0; peg B Island 7
4 R Fackerell, Halkon Hunt, 6-12-0; 5 P Bagshaw, Maver Select, 6-10-0
