Can owners advise if this Daiwa rod, TN-PF10/11Q is a two piece with a single 1 foot extension which has no eyes, hence can be inserted/ removed whilst set up?
Considering one as a Xmas present to myself.

It isnt im afraid John, the 1 foot addition has a ring on it. Cracking rod though, especially at 10′.

At 10 foot Steve is it a two piece or 3?

It’s 2 pieces plus the quivertip! Brilliant at 10ft, crap at 11 in my opinion!

Yes, can confirm it has a ring

10ft 2 peice plus quiver tip
11ft 3 piece plas quiver tip

For some reason I have a spare 1ty peice lying around.

Thanks for replies, Daiwa’s web site not helpfull with this detail and most retailers just do a cut and paste job from the Daiwa site.

At 10ft you still need to break it down in 3, I’ve had one and had to admit it is an awesome piece of kit, the only downer for me are the light tips, you just have to look at them in the wrong direct and they break. If you’re in the market for a top of the range 10ft bomb rod, take a look at the Garbolino GMAX 10ft, awesome !!!! and it break down into 2

Just cut the red and white tips down to the next eye, best tip there is for carping and set em up on the bank for God’s sake! :p

Or save some money and get a equally impressive tool for the job….

The new Team Daiwa Feeder rods 10ft or 11ft

Both break down into two equal halves and are stunning rods!!
