Fished a club match ot it about 3 weeks ago 223lb won(peg4) with 190lb(peg 31ish)second and several 100lb+ weights, fished corn mainly down the edge over fishery pellets, pegs 1-6 (pumphouse) and 30ish+ seemd to produce best although there were a couple of weights of the bottom bank (deepest bit) think they caught close in late on If your om the right peg and the weather behaves dont fish too far out as is stuffed full of fish.
These weights were produced by competent local anglers that dont fish this sort of venue that often. hope this helps

hi mate you want to buy 3 or 4 bags of fisherie pellets and feed these at 5 or 6mts and fish 6mm expander on the hook or if you get rudded out fish a banded 8mm if you start foul hooking a load then fish half depth but you have to keep feeding at alders like you would feeding shallow if you dont feed you wont catch for your 3mt or edge line depending what peg you are on you want to feed corn take 8 or 10 tins and throw it all day dont feed pellet in the shallow water as you will get them come in and see the tails in the air but are very hard to catch so just feed and fish corn depending on how well it fishes you may catch short early and keep them there all day best pegs 1 to 6 28 to 38 they are the shallow water pegs peg 13 and 16 are good edge pegs if your on pegs 17 to 23 you may have to fish 13mts shallow to start then feed corn at 6mts and have a look every now and then to see if they have turned up fish 018 lines or more and red or purple hydro take 3 nets as is a 100lb limit in the nets thats about 30 fish of the average stamp but like i say keep feeding thats the most important thing at alders good luck mate and have a good day cheers gaz
