        Hi Gents and Ladies
        I have been unable to find stewards for the Angling Times Team Championship Final which takes place on Sunday 11th September at Furzton Lakes in Milton Keynes. It has never been a problem before as local lads have been keen to lend a hand with the weigh in and also get to see many of the country’s top rods in action. I have asked the local Milton Keynes newspaper to put a piece in but nothing has happened. :confused: 🙁 :confused:
        So- I am looking for eight stewards to start the match, finish the match and then weigh in 20 anglers. If you are interested and feel you are competent enough to weigh in correctly then please drop me an e-mail on [email protected]. There is a small payment for your services too so come along and be part of my team for the day! 😉 😉 😉

          Ken: I have a friend Phil Gee who lives1.5 miles from venue. He has helped me run a AT semi-final on the GUC (a while ago now!) – indeed he wrote the computer macros to provide a result before the anglers were back to the Hungry Horse!.

          He will check his diary and of course make arrangements for his little un and email you. I may have to help clear a house that weekend (plus a long drive from Croydon) but if I am free will get in touch

              Ken, I hope you don’t mind – tough luck if you do – but I just C&P’d your plea on another match-fishing based website. Wish I could help more. If you want to, we can always ask on Fisherman’s Blues for you? Maybe you could suspend caster-riddling for another ten-minute natter…
