Another Thames Match Windsor 5th October.

Following this week’s Thames match (results here https://www.total-fishing.com/phpbbforum/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=56850 and http://www.matchfishing-scene.co.uk/…-Match-Results) we have decided to run another on Wednesday 5th October at Home Park, Windsor. We also hope to run a couple of MFS CL league matches on it before the season ends late Feb early March.

Big Steve and I are going to do some work on the stretch next week to ensure all pegs put in are ptb-proof – although we can’t guarantee whether anyone will be using electrical appliances on the opposite bank. We won’t know until after this session how many pegs we are limiting it too. Plan is to put a few more pegs on the meadow upstream of the rail bridge and a few less on the home park section but looks likely to be 30’ish again. I can also confirm that peg numbers and draw numbers will match this time around.

I will be duplicating this post on TF/MFS and bookings will ONLY be taken through the two sites. Everyone who booked for the last one turned up so hopefully we will get the same again.

Draw will be 9am fish 10.30 – 4.30 and drinks/results after in the Old Windsor Clubhouse (subject to confirmation). Old Windsor AC are currently letting us book this venue without any pegging fee so thanks for that. Pools will be £15 all-in and top 5 will be paid with 4 sections.

On second thoughts give it to old Herbie…..After having the seaside peg(peg 4)on the left of the bridge,he will love the challenge.

Not only shite pegging but also cant count 29 bit embaraissing for a match organising there again could of been a pre plan ploy to make sure jack had a good peg makes you wonder???? being that you seem not able to accept the criticism that someone complains about a fault in your obvious not ability to organise and run a match properly you should resign now and let someone else do the pegging as you clearly aint up to it .it was obvious that you walked to the bridge with four pegs left and couldnt be bothered to re peg so just put in the very short space left knowing you would be below the bridge?????? Good news is tomorrow is going to be overcast and we have 19 fishing so will be spread out. herbie and I are pegging it at 7.15 and will be working our way upstream from the bottom bridge.
