So who would be up for fishing in a regional Sensas Challenge next year? Mark Downes planning to roll out the competition right across the country – something he says is important for the future of the England’s international fishing. Would you be up for it?

I’d fish it depending on the dates, and on finding a team. Sounds like fun and, least in the fens, worm and joker fishing is something we don’t get the chance to do often but it still remains my favorite type of fishing. The biggest problem with it, though, will be worm and joker supplies. This area is devoid of the stuff.
