Result of AVVC / Redditch Federation of Anglers Arrow Valley Lake individual League sixth round, Arrow Valley Lake 18.2.2012
Following the cancellation of the previous round due to the freeze up, league action resumed with 13 diehards tussling for league points.
Maurice Williams stormed to the fore with an excellent catch in the conditions of 25lb 2oz,, for this Maurice had a good brace of carp for about 15lb topped up with three good bream taken on the method feeder to corn and white boilie hookbais.
Runner-up Mark Bissett ran the winner very close, but fell one bream short taking a bag of bream with one small carp for a level 23lb also on the method feeder, and boilie hookbait combination.
Third place went to Terry Gilbert with a hard fought 8lb 9oz catch of bream and perch taken on the open ended feeder.
