Attenborough gravels open this sun 16/10/11

Anyone that fancies a spot of “proper” breaming there is an open on Attenborough gravels(long eaton/windsurfer lake NAA waters) this sun & the next two sundays.Bring a big landing net 😉 ,the slabs average 8lb+ with 9lb+fish regularly caught,there should be a proper chop on there this w/e & it should throw up some big weights.Draw 8.30 fish 10-4,phone rob fry on 07979877015 to book in.

Yep mate it should be fingers crossed,the conditions have been awful for the 1st two matches red hot no wind,40lb won the 2nd one but quite a few struggled,i had 1 slab & 3 perch for 11lb 7oz(two of the perch were 3oz lol).

Would liked to of fished jeff but out Saturday and next week out all day for the derby 😮

Just booked us on Jeff, Coombe is cancelled,lack of interest.

only fished it the once, had a huge slab on the pole, didn’t weigh it but it was 7 or 8lbs, wish it was a bit closer to home. 😡

18LB last week mate but back up weights poor to be honest.Today we had 25 anglers all down the bottom end of the windsurfer,not one bream was caught & it fished terrible.It could be that the bream have moved into the “lagoons” as the windsurfer temps are very low,someone had 9 slabs yesterday in the lagoon(2),we are moving into there next week.We have had interest from all over the place,notts/derby/staffs/manchester/lincs etc,the interest is still there for some proper bream fishing,i will post results from next week when hopefully there will be some decent weights,it looks promising but lets wait n see.

Well the A/boro gravels open(6hrs) today on lagoon2(23 fished) produced an incredibily tight result,we all blanked 😮 ,i got 2nd place in the “draw” for 1st/2/3 money with £90,so it was’nt all bad 😀
