Best winter tactics for bream and tench on stillwaters and c

Hi Folks,
Looking for winter tactics to catch bream and tench on stillwaters and canals.
Tg is thrashing me by using her pole against either my float rod or feeder 🙁 on a canal.
I have tackled down to the lightest set up and smallest hooks and I am now looking for sugestions for bait and methods.
I must raise my game to at least compete with her as i it so annoying when by the time I have set up she has bagged two or three roach or bream .
She does not visit this forum often so I am hoping for some secret info to help even the playling field. 🙂 🙂
