hi the fishing can be very hard on this length but also can be brilliant chance of roach all through lots of bream in the river plenty of eels and bleak
rotork section can throw up bream and plenty of bleak
donky field loads roach/bleak/chublets also good for bream.
next 20 pegs around the pump house down the straight anything can be caught here.
after the straight think it 50″s big bream shoals into the norfolk reeds
pegs around the bridge not sure its name plenty of roach if warm lots of kids jumping in river .
line of trees odd bream roach on end 3 pegs good chance of eels.

          bait 4-6kg groundbait/ 3 pints caster/ 2 pints maggi/ 1kg worm / red worms plus few pinkies

really long walks very bad banks in places
          good luck

thanks…what about rigs and the like?

            TF_toro

depth between top4 and top5 kits
rigs anything from 1grm to 2grm
even flat floats upto 4-6grm or pole feeder
if got a bit of water on
if the river is clear can be hard need to take everything from waggler/bolo rods to feeder/bomb work all depends where you draw

take a spade because the banks are terrible and can vbe dangerous with plenty of water on.
very few pegs where you can get in water some pegs will be 2mtrs above the water line so long nets needed

The times I have fished Newbridge I have found the 1st hour is by far the best then you chase fish on any method. If you have a good peg you will carry on catching after the first hour and be in or near the frame.Seven jaffas with caster then a bite first drop!, loose feed a little if possible ( bleak may stop you ).Feed maggot at about 4m out near any features ( heavily )and hold the float still. This is for eels but is far best on the pegs mentioned in the earlier posts.
                      Good luck
