        I managed to break my Z9 #4 on a fish today, losing half of the number 4 plus a brand new power top 2….yeah yeah…Bad Angling !!

        Was wondering if the #4 section of a Z7 might be a bit stronger for carp hauling ?

            Yes the Z7 no4 fits perfectly and is stronger.

              Is the power 4 the short one ?….I already have one of those but wasn’t using it (until I broke the long one !)

              I was using red hydro. When I say a power top 2 I mean the Z9 top 3 with first section removed.

              I was surprised that it broke, didn’t think I was pulling that hard but hey ho…I’ll try a Z7.5 #4

                the power 4 is a long 4 off the other Z poles.
