Clothing(any alternative to Protak?)

Been waiting 6 weeks now for a set of clothing from protak,just been told another 14-21 days.3 fridays in a row i have been told,bib and brace ready fleece ready just waiting for your jacket.Fed up with getting wet,so whats available off the peg?

Very suprised by the service DAT,i allways found it very good from Protak.
The only gear i found near ProtaK, is Halkon Hunt thats better imho,especially the Gotex,thats unbeatable but very expensive.Still you get what you pay for,pay you’r money and make you’r choice.
Plenty of off the peg HH,in good tackle shops.

funny how you dont see any protak up for grabs in the foresale section ie second hand just maybe goretex hh is too exspensive and they recover there overspend and buy protak imoa and still have change???????

Must have been out of stock sizes as i got my set of TR clothing last week which arrived within 10 days of order and that included being sent to the embroiders by them. Don’t try Halkon Hunt mate as i was told 8-10 weeks by them and couldnt find many places with the black Tourney Goretex in my size in stock.

Ordered some Protak the other day and the lady said she was still recovering from an op which is going to delay orders slightly, still worth the wait though as most of the Tackle Branded waterproofs are sh@te and more expensive

Halkon Hunt for me. They are very busy at this time of year, but they make to order in your size and choice of colours. You just have to plan ahead that bit more, that’s all!

Otherwise I have the Drennan Series 7 stuff.

why wait till you are freezing ur nuts off and getting drownded before you order protak is mainly made to order with some items in stock as you know
