It would work with Fox MSB units….. looked at it myself.

I.M.O the Fox units are better made than the Rive, drawers are waterproof, handles and magnetic locking seem better HOWEVER all the “fox better bits” add weight!!!

Time you add the Fox units to the Rive frame i doubt you would lift it off the floor!!! lol 😀 😀

Theres quite a few lads that have done it with the Fox trays round my way, so yes the Fox Gear will work.

I think Rob Wootton has done something similar to this with his box

Are there other branded plastic drawers that will fit a Rive Front 60mm Drawer? or a Side 30mm Drawer?

if a tackle retailer made a seat box that was water proof they would be selling 1000s, i dont think that any seat with drawers would be water proof. yes i have a rive and yes my 30mm side drawer used to fill up with water when it rained, so i siliconed the frame wich attaches the the under side of the seat. but before i did do that i noticed that the underside of the seat was in mdf and yes it had swollened up. so i got some marine ply and gave it a few coats of varnish then replaced the mdf with it.
that has worked 100 % but like most match anglers when your fishing a match who closes their drawer units as your to busy catching fish and altering your riga as the day goes on.

why not just ditch the rive and go fox msb – thats wot I did.

All this adapting a rive business is pretty tackle tarty is it not?

I love the concept of the rive and the fox is more or less the same only a lot heavier which is its only downside.

The river draws are utter shite and I nearly ragged mine to bits out of frustration with the draws – fox is far better made
