  I purchased a Fox MSB box from them a few months back and due to it not being packaged correctly at the factory two of the clips has sheered off, after a quick phone call they arranged to order a replacement and even refunded the postage – top class service

  Not impressed with them at all in all honesty ;
  
  Bought a Preston shuttle of them two weeks ago and they new I had a 80 mile round trip to pick it up . When I opened it on the Thursday it was minus a wheel !!!!!!!!!!! Like WTF .
  
  Said 80 mile trip again they gave me a new wheel and said oh that was the wheel we took out for someones who had broken .
  
  Now ok things happen like this happen I understand that but to then charge me full price for two pints of caster , three bags of pellets and a bag of ground bait was just darn right rude.
  
  The service was could not care less and made me realise why I moved our of central London . I will steer clear as of now.

  Excellent service from the guys. Bought a MSB box, plenty of terminal tackle and a new keepnet from them.

  I went in there many years ago, looking for a new Boss Box, wanted to view some, and their attitude, was it was too much trouble to get them off a high level shelf.
  They did in the end and i did purcahse one + many extras.
  Only stayed in shop as i could not find them anywhere else stocked.
  I would not go back there again.
