Elasticating a pulla kit

        Hi
        I have recently purchased a pulla kit and was wondering how to elesicate it properly
        do i still use a bung at the end of the pole and double the elestic up through the slot and tie a knot or do you just tie a knot in the side slot of the pole and thats it, I just cant get my head round not using a bung any advice would be great 🙂
