Lets keep this topical, Lets discuss please I know nothing about team fishing let alone international fishing thats why im asking. Would the lads in Poland have to follow a game plan for their matches and in international fishing at what point would an angler ” dump their plan so to speak …….?”

England were fourth.
You would dump your team plan if it’s not working and something else obviously is.
In a smaller team you may be allowed to dump your team plan if you have a chance of an individual result when your team does not.
But you would not be able to do that in one of the major teams without express permission from the management. If the management thought you had sacrificed the team result for individual gain, you would not be invited to fish again.
