There was a interesting radio programme on this morning on the work of the environment agency’s coarse fish breeding farm in nottinghamshire. It’s of interest to those of you who like to fish wild rivers and those who feel that the angency do nothing with your licence money but count it. Just a shame that that the salmon angler is appears to be much better catered for than the coarse angler (4 to 1 breeding farms apparently). Class war conspiracy anyone !
The programme is called ‘on your farm’ and is available on the BBC radio iplayer.
