Hi struggling to find any of these floats. Am after a very small waggler that would work in say 12″ water on a pole with long line.Does anyone know if they are made and anyone who may had had success or failure with this method. Many Thanks Baz~think

why use a waggler, mate? Unless you’re fishing with the line running parallel to the island, you can’t sink the line without pulling the rig out of position.

Barry convert a pole float pull out the stem and glue in a swivel. Worked for me before…

I’ve still got some Drennan Casters with swivels in the bottom (If the side eye had been ripped out I’d fill the gap and glue in the swivel with Araldite) and these are perfect for fishing under brambles as you can put the tip under water to put them in position and strike to the side without fear of a hook up.

They would probably also work away from the pole tip in clear water/bright conditions.

Any old pole float get some heat shrink tube put small swivel in tube and shrink to fit pole float, a winner every time
