Fishing TV went live on Samsung Smart TV this morning…. worldwide…. with all four of the video magazines…. and it’s gone mental!

If you have a Samsung Smart TV just look for the Fishing TV app…..

            What device are you using?
It’s free to download, and free to view by the way….

Yep, Panasonic first, then LG, then Sony and then CH-html.
But these things do not happen quickly. Samsung should have done live in January…

Info like that is all well received W and I will pick it up with them. It’s on mine though, as you can see from the pics, and the stats have been incredible today – four times higher than for online….

Not got a smart tv yet, but this all sounds like dollars in the bank geeps good for you. You’ve had some knockers in your time setting this up and maybe it’s your time to crow! 🙂

New marketplace Cutnut, and a TV channel for the sport. That’s why I’m involved. But it ain’t mine…

Any chance it will come to Sky at all Geeps ?

Got it, but it may be worth mentioning that the App appears in the “What’s New” section and not the Sport

There is zero chance of the whole channel coming to Sky. They wanted £2.5 million and it does not add up. I have to say as well that the figures are off the scale for Smart TV – we have increased our figures overnight by a factor of five. And it’s worldwide whereas SKY is not. Reference the device W, I have looked into this and the answer is mildly ridiculous but I will give it to you. The app was built for 2011 spec (it was comissioned in May 2011 and took six months to get through QC)… Samsung have released a new SDk for 2012 and their 2012 models were released last month. At this moment, because of the new SDK, apps built for the 2011 SDK cannot be accessed on 2012 models (… exactlyl!!! That was a surprise to me too!!). However, give me a month and they will be.

Well done Geeps, not bothered connecting mine so far other than on the day we got it just to muck about with it. Might have to set it up properly now though.
