        23 ANGLERS FISHED TIDAL TRENT LAUGHERTON

        This was one of the most remarkable matches i have ever seen with 722lb8oz of fish put on the scales from the 22 angler that weighed in, giving an average of nearly 33lb an angler!

        1st Dean Smith SPRO Lincoln Whisby peg 6 72lb2oz 30 plus skimmers, 2 bream to 4lb, roach, perch and dace. Groundbait feeder with chop worm & caster, worm hookbait

          I see that it was the tidal Trent your were talking about! Is it well coloured and what size and weight feeders do you use?

            there was a tinge of colour due to the size of tide that we got yesterday, but these sort of weights are unheard of for our river. the pegs very in pace and sizeof tide/amount of water in the river. i use a 1oz nisa with anything from a 1oz – 2.5oz dead cow attached.
