good hemp prep idea

ive just got a really cheap slow cooker from tesco’s.
3 quarter filled it with hemp and covered it with kettle water.
left it on for 2 hours, topped it back up and turned it off.
left overnite = perfect hemp everytime, hassle free,smell free jobs a goodun

just boiled mine in milk pan for half hour.pan kna****ed but kitchen smells great. 😉 😉 😉

I dont cook hemp but wouldnt changing the water spoil the flavour :confused:

I use a cheap rice cooker works great and doesn’t boil dry

Just remember when using a flask that the hemp soaks up the water and swells. Firstly you want some water left after the hemp has taken all it needs and secondly you don’t want a broken flask!
I fill the flask to about half way and then top up nearly to the top with boiling water, just leaving enough for a bit of expansion..

quite right Waverney One or alternatively do what i did and invest in a stainless steel flask, they don’t blow up!!!!!!!! 😮

Flask if i only need a pint

if i need more, ie for the river i soak mine in a bucket for 24hrs, then drain the water & refill with boiling water adding any additives 😉 then cover the top of the bucket with shrink wrap to let it sweat & leave for another 24hrs, simples 😀
